I'm so old, I remember Wally saying this. I saw it when I was about 9 and Wally was maybe 13. I thought he was older and wiser back then. I still think this one is REALLY wise!

These installment plans are quite helpful. I allow donors to my ministry to tithe through an installment plan. I also offer payday loans to donors as a public service.
